Kais Kimuli Named SD Mesa College Female Co-Athlete of the Year
June 06, 2024We are thrilled to announce that Kais Kimuli, a proud product of Mt. Carmel High School, has been named the San Diego Mesa College Female Co-Athlete of the Year award. Kimuli recently captured the 2024 3C2A State title with a 13.98 45’10.5 throw in the shot put.

Men's and Women's Track Capture Five Individual State Titles
May 20, 2024The San Diego Mesa College track and field team concluded the 2024 season, with the men’s team securing a third-place finish and the women’s team placing fifth. Despite the women’s team not achieving a podium finish this season, head coach Sean Ricketts emphasized the team's performance by scoring more points than the previous season.
