The SD Mesa Track and Field season concluded on a high note as freshman Lucas Scott secured the bronze medal in the javelin event at the 2024 USATF U20 Championships in Haywood, Oregon.

San Diego Mesa College is pleased to announce Kyle Wood as the recipient of the San Diego Mesa College Male Athlete of the Year award.

The San Diego Mesa College track and field team concluded the 2024 season, with the men’s team securing a third-place finish and the women’s team placing fifth. Despite the women’s team not achieving a podium finish this season, head coach Sean Ricketts emphasized the team's performance by scoring more points than the previous season.
