Mesa swimmers and divers swamp Grossmont, 195-75

The Mesa women's swimming and diving team got off to a great PCAC start as they dominated Grossmont to win the first conference dual meet. Mesa won 13 of the 16 events contested.

The Mesa divers swept the top 3 places in the 1-meter event, led by Liz Sanchez, who also won the 3-meter event. Other individual event winners included Anna Stahlak (200, 100, 500 free), Ivanna Diaz (100 Back), Victoriana Gonzalez (100 & 200 Fly), Andreanna Mill (50 Free), Anya Lavoie (200 Back, & 200 IM).

The winning 200 Medley Relay team consisted of Mill, Samantha Schmidt, Gonzalez and Stahlak while the winning 200 Free Relay team included Gonzalez, Alejandra Martha, Schmidt and Carly DaCosta.
