Torrance, CA - San Diego Mesa College Badminton Single, Erica Garcia Badaracco won the 2022 South Coast Conference Singles Championship on Friday afternoon at the El Camino College Gym Complex. 

Garcia Badaracco secured the singles title on Friday and, as a result, quailfied for the 2022 CCCAA State Championship. 

In addition to Garcia Badaracco's succes, Esther Ngo placed 6th in singles and Mesa's doubles, Erica Garcia Badaracco and Esther Ngo, placed 4th, qualifying them for the state doubles competition.

The CCCAA State Championships are schedulef to be held May 12-14 at Fresno City College.
