The 2019 Pacific Coast Athletic Conference softball race got a little tighter after the San Diego Mesa College softball team defeated three conference opponents last week. 

Currently, Palomar College is atop the standings with a 10-1 record, followed by Southwestern College at 10-2, and Mesa College at 9-3. With a logjam at the top, from this point out, every game is a must win. 

On Monday, the Olympians defeated Mt. San Jacinto College 9-1. They followed that victory with a hard fought win against San Diego City College 10-8. And on Friday, led by a complete game from pitcher Christiana Fejeran, defeated Southwestern College 4-1.

The Olympians will host College of the Desert on Wednesday, March 10. First pitch is scheduled for 3:00 p.m.
