As her career in sport came to an end, Sarah found her passion for leadership, personal growth, and the importance of mental health. Sarah graduated with her Leadership Certificate while at Portland, which was just the start.

Currently, as a Mental Skills Coach & Volleyball Coach Sarah has built a large tool box for coaching and training her athletes.
