Freshman forward Stella Murphy has been named the SD Mesa College Athlete of the Week for September 11 through September 15, 2023. 

Murphy, a product of Mission Bay High School, started in both conference games and has been an integral part of the offense. She scored her first goal against Grossmont College last week and currently leads the team in shots taken with five.

Head Coach Melissa Warner praises her steady improvement each week and is excited to see her develop into her full potential.
