San Diego Mesa women’s soccer team is proud to announce that sophomore Ana Sofia Salas will be continuing her academic and athletic career at University of Antelope Valley.

“Ana had a tremendous two-year career at Mesa,” states head coach Todd Curran. “She was a traditional striker who led the team in scoring this past season including big time goals in the playoffs. University of Antelope Valley is getting an extremely hard worker who is passionate about winning. She will be a tremendous asset to their team.”

Salas finishes her career at Mesa College with 20 goals (6 game winners) and 10 assists.

“I had the best experience playing soccer for Mesa the last two years,” explains Salas. “Playing for Todd and the program made me love the game even more. I leave Mesa with great memories and friends that I now consider family.”
