After a season of intense competition, the San Diego Mesa College softball team, having secured the thirteenth spot in the region, is now set to compete in the 2024 regional playoffs. The regional playoffs bring together the top 18 teams in the region, aiming to make the final eight teams advancing to the 3C2A Softball Championships on May 16-19 at West Valley College. 

Head coach Jaclyn Guidi expresses the excitement of the coaching staff and players about competing and having the opportunity to advance to the final rounds.

The team will travel to Mt. San Antonio College, seeded #4, for the playoffs. The following schedule has been confirmed:

Friday, May 3, 2024 @ Mt. San Antonio College - 5:00 p.m.
Saturday, May 4, 2024 @ Mt. San Antonio College - 12:00 p.m.
Saturday, May 4, 2024 @ Mt. San Antonio College - 2:30 p.m. (if necessary)

Mt. San Antonio College had an impressive record of 32-8 overall and 18-3 in the conference, winning the South Coast Conference.
