The San Diego Mesa College softball team will host a playoff game on Tuesday, May 5 at 2:00 p.m. The #15 Olympians (18-13) will take on #18 San Bernardino Valley College (20-16) in the play-in round. 

If the Wolverines come out victorious, they would then travel to take on the #1 Palomar College in a three-game series. If Mesa advances, the Olympians would then play against Mt. San Antonio College. 

The Olympians are led by Arianna Izaguirre, who has 10 wins, 101.2 strikeouts, and carries a 4.13 ERA. Hannah Anderson this season is batting .410, 6 RBI’s, 21 runs, and 3 stolen bases. Arianna Salazar leads the team in RBI’s with 22. Salazar also has 6 stolen bases, 22 RB’s, 19 runs, and 2 home runs.
