San Diego Mesa College swept Santiago Canyon College 25-17, 25-13, 25-13. Sophomores Leo Hurtado and Tyler Lyons combined with 6 kills on 17 swings, and 10 digs. "Tyler and Leo are great volleyball players," states head coach David Proffitt. "They also play an integral role in our culture. They both are natural leaders in the weight room and on the court."

STANDOUTS
Ethan Hornyak (MB) led the team with 10 kills on 10 swings with 0 errors for a perfect attacking efficiency.

Julian Montes (MB) also had a great match with 7 kills on 12 attempts with 0 errors for a .583 hitting eff.
