For the 5^th consecutive year, the San Diego Mesa College Women's Soccer team has won the Pacific Coast Athletic Conference South Division Championship.

The Olympian women sealed the championship last Friday night in a home match versus Imperial Valley College, with the first goal being scored by sophomore Nicole Arce in the first 5 minutes of the game. The game's final score was 9-0, with goals from 9 different players including Alahna Perez, Jaquelyn Neves, Natasha Camacho-Bier, Ana Sofia Salas, Madison Cosgrove, Alyssa Chavez, Analisa Cass and Marissa Stafford, and assists by 8 different players.

This year's team went 8-1-1 in conference play, giving up only two goals through conference play and scoring an astounding 49 goals in 10 games. The women's soccer team finished the regular season with a record of 14-4-2 overall.

The team has secured its 17^th berth in the past 20 years in the Southern California Regional Playoffs. Pairing to be announced Tuesday, November 14th.
