Men's Swim & Dive Poised to Repeat As Dual Meet Champions

Southwestern stands as the final PCAC test in the way of Mesa men's swimming and diving's goal of back-to-back dual meet conference championships. After defeating Grossmont (180-120), and Palomar (180-97), Mesa's conference dual meet winning streak was extended to 5-0 over the past two seasons and 6-0 overall. Sophomore team captain Neil Franka, with top state rankings in the 200 IM (1:52.75) and the 100 Fly (49.41), and freshman Brandon Crabtree, #1 in the 50 Free (20.84), will lead the charge in their final conference home meet of the season Friday, 3/25/16. Diving starts at noon and swimming begins at 2pm. The last home meet of the year will be against non-conference opponent Rio Hondo during Spring break on 3/30/16 at Mesa College pool (diving at 9:30am, swimming at 11:30am).
