Mike Von Borstel, O'Neil Brauthigam and William Schmitt return from the 2012-13 squad joining redshirts J.J. Coleman and Earl Schexnayder. Transfering for their sophomore season are Jordan Taylor and Darreon Tolliver. The rest of the squad is made up of 4 freshman from San Diego and one from Las Vegas. They are Novian Cherry (Morse High School), Vincent Petties-Wilson (Mission Bay High School), Stephon Turner (Chula Vista High School), Arturo Torralba (Castle Park High School) and Mike Zaragoza (Las Vegas).
