WHAT ARE YOUR GOALS FOR YOUR ATHLETES? 

Teach all of the young men that come through our program about hard work, effort, discipline, accountability, sacrifice, commitment, how to handle success and how to handle failure. I want my guys to leave our program with a better understanding of how to succeed in life.

WHY DID YOU CHOOSE TO COACH AT MESA COLLEGE? 

My son (Blaine Ruiz) played football here in 2011 and I had some very close friends that were on the coaching staff in 2014. I was offered an opportunity to be a part of this program and I took it.

WHAT DO YOU ENJOY IN YOUR SPARE TIME? 

Helping my players get the most exposure possible to 4 year program recruiters. Helping my players get scholarship offers.
