The Mesa women's swimming and diving team withheld a challenge from Palomar to win its third PCAC dual meet of the season and secure the dual meet championship. In what turned out to be a tight competition in the swimming events Mesa swimmers were still able to outdistance the Palomar swimmers 133-120. The Mesa divers swept the diving events to add an additional 32 points to the team total.

Palomar won the 200 Medley Relay and most of the stroke events while Mesa won all the Freestyle events and the 200 Free Relay (Stahlak, Mill, Gonzalez, Schmidt). Individual event winners for Mesa included Anna Stahlak (200, 100, 500 Free), Andy Mill (50 Free), and Anya Lavoie (1000 Free).

Mesa remains unbeaten in conference dual meets and now heads into the 3-day conference championship meet as favorites to regain the title. Mesa will finish the regular meet schedule at the Riverside Invitational after spring break.
